And said the Jews, "Hand Allah's (is) chained." Are chained their hands, and they have been cursed for what they said. Nay, His Hands (are) stretched out He spends how He wills. And surely increase many of them, what has been revealed to you from your Lord, (in) rebellion and disbelief. And the Jews say, "God's hand is shackled!" It is their own hands that are shackled; and rejected [by God] are they because of this their assertion. Nay, but wide are His hands stretched out: He dispenses [bounty] as He wills. But all that has been bestowed from on high upon thee [O Prophet] by thy Sustainer is bound to make many of them yet more stubborn in their overweening arrogance and in their denial of the truth. And so We have cast enmity and hatred among the followers of the Bible, [to last] until Resurrection Day; every time they light the fires of war, God extinguishes them; and they labour hard to spread corruption on earth: and God does not -love the spreaders of corruption

That which hath been revealed unto thee from thy Lord is certain to increase the contumacy and disbelief of many of them, and We have cast among them enmity and hatred till the Day of Resurrection. The Jews say, The hand of God is tied up. May their own hands be tied up and may they be cursed for what they say. No indeed! His hands are both outstretched: He bestows as He will. What is revealed to you from your Lord will surely increase in most of them their obstinate rebellion and denial of truth; and We have sown among them enmity and hatred till the Day of Resurrection. Whenever they kindle the fire of war, God puts it out. They spread evil in the land, but God does not love the evil-doers
And the Jews said: The hand of God is one that is restricted! Restricted were their hands! And they were cursed for what they said.• Nay! His hands are ones that are stretched out: He spends how He wills. And, certainly, many of them increase by what was caused to descend to thee from thy Lord in defiance and in ingratitude. And We cast among them enmity and hatred until the Day of Resurrection. Whenever they kindled a fire of war, God extinguished it. And they hasten about corrupting in and on the earth. And God loves not the ones who make corruption.
The Jews say: "God´s hand is shackled." May their own hands be shackled and themselves cursed because of what they have said! That which has been revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ from your Lord will only cause many of them to increase in wickedness and disbelief. The Jews say: “God has become stingy (and does not shower us with His blessing anymore!)” They do not realize that their miserable situation is due to the fact that God has cursed them [for what they have done (such as killing God’s Prophets), what they were doing during the advent of Islam and what they are doing in our time in Palestine] as God is the most generous. As a matter of fact, the message with is sent to you has increased the rebellion and disbelief of many of them. Therefore, I have cast animosity among them which will last till the Day of Resurrection. Rest assured that anytime that they ignite the flame of war, God will turn it off. They roam the earth spreading the evil (such as the practice of usury;) God dislikes the evil doers

For certain, your Lord's revelations to you will cause many of them to plunge deeper into transgression and disbelief. On the contrary, both of Allah’s hands are open; He continues to provide as He wills! Indeed, what has been revealed to you from your Rabb increases denial and transgression in most of them! We have cast between them animosity and hatred that will last until the Doomsday period! Whenever they kindled a fire of war, Allah extinguished it... (Yet still) they run to causing corruption on earth... Allah does not like those who run towards corrupting faith.

And the Jews have said: ' The hand of Allah is tied up! ' Be their hands tied up! and cursed be they for what they have said. Nay, both His hands (of Power) are (always) spread out. He bestows as He pleases. And what has been sent down to you from your Lord will certainly increase many of them in insolence and infidelity; and We have cast enmity and hatred between them till the Day of Resurrection. Everytime they kindle a fire for war, Allah extinguishes it. They strive to make mischief in the land; and Allah does not love the mischief makers
Al-muntakhab fi tafsir al-Qur'an al-Karim
The Jews insolently say: "Allah keeps His hands tightly shut; He is close - fisted". Close-fisted be their hands and cursed they are for their evil thoughts expressed in words, but He is open-handed; He yields abundantly as He will and how He will. And the more Allah bestows on you O Muhammad of His bounty, the more do many of them err for infirmity of purpose, and display their transgressive infirmities of themselves and sink deeper in infidelity under the vexations of their minds. And We stirred up enmity and hatred among them -the Christians among themselves and between the Christians and the Jews till the Day of Resurrection. As often as they inflame passion for kindling a war against you Muhammad, Allah extinguishes their reason and their alacrity. They strive to spread mischief and create discord on earth, and Allah detests those characterized with prepensed malice
The Jews say, "Allah's hand is tied up." Their hands be tied up and they be cursed because of what they say. No ! both His hands are spread out, He spends as He wills. And that which is sent down to you from your Fosterer will definitely increase rebellion and infidelity in many of them. And We have put enemity and hatred among them till the day of resurrection. Whenever they kindle a fire for war Allah extinguishes it and they strive for corruption in the earth and Allah does not like those who are corrupt.
